The Self-expression and debate club gives students of all abilities a fun way of developing their oracy skills. They organise various activities to help students with their critical thinking and confident communication. The members of this club play an active part in the publication of the in-house monthly magazine called the "Imperial times”.
The club was built on one of the core principles of Imperial College of sustainable development and environmental concerns that is committed to raising awareness about environmental issues and to reducing environmental impact as individuals. The member students have organised plantation drives in the district. This club actively takes care of the vegetation in the campus and have help gain the college "Green Champion Award" in the district.
The cultural wing of the club is the home to all the main events of the campus like. The members organise all the events The club has also had inputs from artists in the area for a richer learning experience.
The sports club of the college encourages shining sphere in the field of sports including outdoor games like basketball, volleyball, badminton, archery, golf and indoor games like table tennis, chess, carom, among many other. Imperial College also has unique facilities like "Buddhavanam" and "open gym" for all students to promote the concept of 5 sense awakening. The club's members are also encouraged to participate in the sports events representing the college.
