The Resident Officer works diligently to provide each student living on campus with a residential atmosphere that promotes academic success and personal growth in a culturally diverse community.

Imperial is committed to the principle that learning takes place both in and out of the classroom. This "living and learning" philosophy means that the residence halls play a vital part in a student's experience at Imperial College.

The Eklavya Hall of Residence sports 4 seated rooms equipped with single beds; each student has an individual storage area and a dedicated study table. Constructed to allow for maximum ventilation and natural light, the common shower stalls are equipped with piped Cold and Hot water. Merit students are provided with rooms with attached wash rooms at no additional fees. With less than 30 boys on each floor the residence is well spaced out allowing for an extremely comfortable stay

Patterned around the Eklavya Hall of Residence, the Ganga Hall of Residence too sports 4 seated rooms equipped with single beds, with each student having an individual storage area and a dedicated study table. Constructed to allow for maximum ventilation and natural light, the common shower stalls are equipped with piped Cold and Hot water. Merit students are provided with rooms with attached wash rooms at no additional fees. With less than 40 girls on each floor, the Residence also has dedicted areas for both indoor and outdoor activities and games.
